4 ply high pressure silicone vacuum hose widely used in turbo boost/racing/tuning/intercooler/turbo/air intake/wastegate/cooling system, Suitable for bulk transfer, high pressure, Vacuum process, pharmaceutical, biomedical, Load cell , Pump, Vessel or tank transfer , Laboratory, cosmetics, food processing and liquid transportation (such as: white wine, medical liquid, milk, water etc).
1. Heat resistance: Silicone rubber has a much better heat-resistant than conventional heat-resistant, can be used in 150 degrees almost always without performance changes; 200 degrees at 10,000 hours of continuous use; to 350 degrees can also use them for some time.
2. Silica gel with a non-toxic, environmental protection, high transparency, strong resilience, resistance to compression without deformation, resistance to ultraviolet light, fire-retardant and other properties.
3. Cold resistance: General Rubber is -20 degrees ~ -30 degrees, but silica gel in -70 degrees, -60 degrees ~ still has good flexibility, some specially formulated silicone rubber can withstand very low temperatures.
